Virtual Sessions - Retail Wellness Guide with the Scarlet Sage Team, Wednesdays, 11am-1pm
During this 1-hour VIRTUAL session, our trained staff will sit down with you to discuss what you're interested in and help you find the products based on your health goals. This session does not act as a clinical session with a practitioner, but an educated, in-depth exploration to find the products that best suit your needs.
At the beginning of the session you will fill out a quick questionnaire and the Wellness Guide will focus on which area you're most needing attention to (skin, digestion, mood, etc.).
Each Wellness Guide is a certified Community or Clinical Herbalist, and has intimate knowledge of our product lines at Scarlet Sage.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Scarlet Sage. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
If you should have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so by using the link on your confirmation email (coming from the Sesami online platform) at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
There will be no refund for notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or failure to show up.
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress. To maintain the blissfulness of our space, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. When arriving, please wait in the store for your appointed time.
Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
