Shipping Policy:
Our website only offers domestic shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For International delivery options, please email us.
In-store pickup:
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared by our team. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pick-up.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given within two weeks of purchase for unopened and untampered items and shipping will be covered by the buyer.
There is a 6% restocking fee for all refunds.

Online Classes Cancellation Policy:
Our team members and teachers are committed to serving our community in those difficult times by providing affordable online classes.
Please note that our online classes are non-refundable and no class credits will be issued in case of cancellation.

We understand that schedules are subject to change and in the event of a cancellation, we ask that you consider our firm policy:
Please communicate any cancellations to your class liaison (sotha@scarletsage.com) as soon as possible.
- Cancellations received more than one month (30 days) before course commencement will be refunded 90% of the original course price. 10% of the original payment will be reserved by Scarlet Sage.
- Cancellations received less than one month (30 days) before course commencement will be refunded 80% of the original course price. 20% of the original payment will be reserved by Scarlet Sage.
- After the start of the certification, no refund will be issued.

How often can I receive my subscription?
We offer a delivery frequency of 1, 2, or 3 months. If you’re unsure how often you’ll need something, we recommend starting with every other month and increasing or decreasing from there.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
To Manage your subscription, please create a customer account here.
From your customer portal, you will be able to track all your past orders, update your contact information and address and manage your subscription.
If you already have a customer account on scarletsage.com, please login to manage your subscription directly in your portal.
Can I use other discounts with the subscription discount?
At this time we are unable to stack discounts on top of the 10% off subscription pricing discount.
