Our Wet Cough herbal tisane is blended with powerful herbs that encourage relief from dampness in the lungs. *

Organic Ingredients:
Elecampane (Inula helenium)
Spikenard (Aralia racemosa)
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Yerba Santa (Eriodictyon californicum)

Directions: Put 1 Tbls. of wet cough tea in a teaball or a teapot/cup; pour 8-12 ounces of just boiled water over the tea. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain & sweeten with honey if desired.
