Spring, Summer, Sprout! May 21, 7-9pm

Spring, Summer, Sprout! May 21, 7-9pm
Spring is to morning as summer is to mid-day. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the spring activates the liver and gallbladder while summer’s heat calls in the work of the heart and small intestine. Learning to shift as the earth turns is essential to long, happy and meaningful life.

Join seasoned acupuncturist Lauren Kaneko-Jones and western/energetic herbalist Bonnie Rose Weaver in this hands-on workshop about seasonal wellness. We will use TCM, tarot, and other activities to help us embody the power of long days. Learn the wisdom of the stars, the sea and the mountains.

Spring, Summer, Sprout will have you leaving feeling like the wildflower that you are.

Bringing your own tarot deck and/or journal is welcome but not required.
