Soup Stock - Herbs for Bone Broth


Make your home made bone broth even richer by adding organic herbs with minerals from local Kombu seaweed, deep immune boosting Reishi mushrooms, Astragalus root and Elderberries. These herbs for bone broth or soup stock are good for any time of the year, especially during the winter months and during detoxes and cleanses.

* Organic or Wildcrafted Ingredients: Kombu seaweed (Laminaria dentigera) Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) Astragalus root (Astragalus propinquus) Elderberry (Sambucus nigra)

Bone Broth / Stock Recipe: Use 1/3 of soup stock organic herbs with 2 onions, 4 garlic cloves, 3 carrots, 3 celery sticks, 4 kale leaves, 1/2 bunch parsley, 1 Tbls. apple cider vinegar. (Optional: 5 bones of any humanely raised animal). Chop vegetables and put all ingredients with up to 4 quarts of water into stock pot or crockpot.

*Stovetop: Bring up to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2-3 hours. *Crockpot: Cook up to 8 hours on low. Strain, cool, refrigerate (use within a week), or freeze (use within a year).
