American Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) is native to North America, where it grows wild in wet habitats of meadows and marshes.

It displays the characteristic jagged-edged leaves of the mint, or Lamiaceae, family to which it belongs. Indigenous groups of these regions were familiar with Skullcap and introduced it to European herbalists.

The fresh herb has been used traditionally as a gentle nervine and nerve tonic and to promote sleep.*

Strength Ratio 1:2

Suggested Use: 30 drops in water or juice, 1-3 times daily, or as needed.
