Highly regarded by ancient Mediterranean civilizations for its medicinal uses, Spanish Sage essential oil is a power-house for supporting health. Its warm, herbaceous personality is known to stimulate the mind while encouraging positivity and alacrity. In traditional herbalism Spanish Sage is used to promote the respiratory system, maturing skin, digestion and menstrual health.
Common Uses: Spanish Sage is best applied topically in low dilutions (5% or less). Apply a drop in your facial moisturizer or blend with an organic carrier oil for a quick vapor rub/topical relief massage blend. For menstrual support, massage with carrier oil into the abdomen and lower back.
Blending Recommendations: Basil, Bergamot, Blue Tansy, Clary Sage, Cypress, German Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Niaouli, Orange, Ravintsara, Roman Chamomile, Rose Geranium, Rose Otto, Thyme Linalol, Thyme Thymol.
