Catnip (Nepeta cataria)
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Peppermint (Mentha × piperita)
Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
Directions: Put 1 Tbls. of RELAXATION tisane in a teaball or a teapot/cup; pour 8-12 ounces of just boiled water over the tea. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain & sweeten with honey if desired.
