Pregnancy Herbal Tea
Scarlet Sage Pregnancy Tea is based on medieval western european recipe given to women during their pregnancy and labor.
Red Raspbery leaf (Rubus idaeus)
Nettle (Urtica dioica)
Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale)
Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
Directions for use: Take 1 Tbls. of Pregnancy Tea and steep in 12 oz. of just boiled water for 15 minutes. Strain. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 1-4 cups of tea per day.
