Flower Essence Consultations Test
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at The Scarlet Sage Wellness Space. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
If you should have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the notification should be sent by email. Please make sure you state your name, the original date and time of your appointment and the name of the practitioner.
- Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
- Notification given less than 48 hours prior to appointment time or failure to show up will result in a non-refundable 50% deposit fee.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can decompress. To maintain the blissfulness of the wellness space, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
Note: If you would like to book more than one session with a practitioner, please check out between each booking in order for us to manage bookings appropriately.
Our Wellness Space and School of Traditional Healing Arts is located below Scarlet Sage, and is not ADA compliant; you will need to walk down 15 stairs to access the classroom and the Wellness Space. Please let us know if you need help walking into the space. We apologize for the inconvenience.
