There are significant meanings to each of the herbs, nut, and binder used, as well as the numerical repetitions used in this recipe. I'll share a folk poem that serves as a prayer in popular tradition, and I will also perform my secret Lineage tradition for releasing the Evil Eye that I was passed down on Christmas Eve. I will use this same procedure to bless everyone's incense.

About the teacher:
