In this class, Karen Rosales of Mia Fortuna teaches how to access the powerful properties of honey magic by making Miel de Sueños, or dream honey.

The first part of the class explains the energetics of Lavender, Blue Vervain, Motherwort, Skullcap, and Yarrow, plus the benefits of using raw honey.

The second part of the class shares the magical aspects of those same 5 herbs and how to use your honey for healing and dream work.

Most importantly, we'll be making Miel de Sueños together with Karen's live instruction!

Below is the list of supplies needed to make the honey. Many of these are available at Scarlet Sage or your local herb shop + grocery.

If you're unable to find the supplies, you can still attend the class and make the honey later from the video recording at your convenience!

Supplies needed for the honey-making portion:
  • 8- or 16-ounce (oz) glass jar, wooden spoon, and parchment paper.
  • 8- or 16-oz of local raw honey
  • 1/2 ounce of EACH of the following herbs: Lavender, Blue Vervain, Motherwort, Skullcap, and Yarrow.
