This class will dive deep into how we understand that we are not just what we eat, but we are what we assimilate. We will talk about the digestion, the microbiome, and how we can effectively use herbs and foods to help our body absorb as many nutrients from our food as possible.
In this class, we will also be eating and trying different foods, smoothies, and treats that will include nourishing yummy herbs and foods to help increase our nutritional load in our food for ourselves and our loved ones.
This is a fun class that will include some lecture and supplement recommendations, with hands-on projects making herbal goodies.
Each participant will leave full and nourished with recipes and handouts.
This class is part of the Family Wellness Certification.
