DIY Herbal Sauerkraut - July 18th, 7-9pm

DIY Herbal Sauerkraut - July 18th, 7-9pm - The Scarlet Sage Herb Co.

Across cultures, fermented food is an important part of a healthy diet, as they provide us with probiotics, which make up our microbiome. Many fermented foods are fun and easy to make at home, add herbs for increased benefit!

Join local herbalist Bonnie Rose Weaver in this hands-on sauerkraut making workshop. We will discuss tradition, techniques, and ingredients, before rolling up our sleeves to make our very own herbal kraut.

All materials are provided, each participant will leave with a jar of herb-kraut.
