IN-PERSON: Diving Deep Into the Celtic Cross Tarot Spread with Leslie Schaffer - May 25th, 5 - 6:30PM
The Celtic Cross is one of the most popular spreads out there but it can be overwhelming for newer readers.
It's also not the best spread for every question/situation.
This in-person workshop dives deep into the Celtic Cross Spread including its origins, what kinds of questions it works best for, and how the card positions work together to tell a story.
You'll also get insights on mini-spreads within the larger spread, identifying patterns and themes within the spread, and most importantly - how to adjust the spread to suit your needs.
Participants get the chance to pull their own celtic cross spread and are able to follow along with their own cards and gain deep insight not only into the mechanics of the spread but also in themselves with their own reading.

Leslie Schaffer is a professional tarot reader, teacher, and self-proclaimed tarot nerd. She bought her first deck in 1993 and began a more serious study of the tarot in 2010. A San Francisco native, she spends her days working in secondary education (where she also teaches a tarot elective to students) and her evenings and weekends delving into tarot history, theory, and practice. Leslie's approach to tarot is a mix of the spiritual, psychological, and practical. She comes from a family of teachers and is dedicated to sharing her love of tarot with a world that desperately needs its wisdom. She is available for readings at tarotmoderna.com.
In-Person Events cancellation policy:
Out of respect for our teachers, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, as the seating for our classes is very limited. If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent by email. Please make sure you state your name and the name of the class in your email.
- An event credit in the amount of the original purchase price will be issued for cancellations received 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Please contact us by email to register for another class of your choice. Event credit is available for a period of six months - according to availability.
- No event credit will be issued for cancellations received within 24 hours of the event, nor failure to attend.
