Cold Season Herbal Tea
Brew up a cup of our Cold Season herbal tea when you are feeling under the weather and want to move what is getting you down to move out of your system. *
Elder flowers & berries (Sambucus nigra)
Rosehips (Rosa canina)
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita)
Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Directions: Measure desired amount of cold season tisane and place into a teaball, cup or teapot. Boil your water and pour over the tea. Let steep for 10-30 minutes. Strain & sweeten with honey if desired. Use 1 tablespoon with 8-12 ounces of water or 1 ounce of herb for 1 quart of water. This jar will brew up around 19 cups of tea.
