Have you ever felt enchanted by a stone? Are you at the start of your journey with Crystals? — this introductory workshop is designed to help you bring crystal meditation into your daily life.

You’ll be guided by Nicola Buffa from the very beginning of your interest in Crystals— from tapping into your intuition in choosing your stone, to sharing rituals to activate your relationship with stones as healing & meditative tools — We will explore crystals through  several short seated exercises.

The second portion of our workshop will feature a SoundBath designed to integrate the days lessons gently and deliver crystalline intelligence to your mind-body through Alchemy Singing Bowls and guided meditation.

All are welcome! No matter your level of experience with stones, we will have something for everyone; Lots of fun info, cool new Crystal Meditations, tips on Vibrational Healing with stones, holographic sound transmission, and open Q&A with Source Field Sound, Nicola Buffa.  

Tips for the online class:

For virtual experiences, we recommend using Headphones, or an auxiliary speaker.

Create a cozy and safe Sacred Space with blankets and comforts, by closing the door, notifying roommates of your meditation time, and getting needy pets settled before the start time.

For your Crystal Class:

Bring your Notebook and your Stones. We recommend beginning with ANY quartz, amethyst or rose quartz point. Please feel free to bring any other stones that you are drawn to work with as well.

Consider what questions you may have about Crystal Magic, Vibrational Healing, Rituals, and Uses…Write them down before class begins. 

This class takes place online. Live attendance is encouraged, but we understand life happens. There will be a video replay for those pre-registered students unable to attend.

California Artist, Nicola Buffa is a Sound Practitioner + Vibrational Healer + Reiki Master. As Source Field Sound she practices Quantum Holographic Healing, using Crystal Singing Bowls + Sacred Sound to channel transmissions for inter-dimentional integrations, geometric light-codes, healing alignments, and activations for our future selves. Her astral enhanching experiences are intended to provide healing space for individuals and the creative spirit of our collective consciousness. About Source Field Sound's SoundBath : Each Sound Transmission is an arrangement of the healing tones of Quartz Crystal and Alchemy singing bowls, channeled to return optimum alignment to the body, designed to inspire healing thought patterns through brainwave entrainment, and meant to uplift the spirit on all levels. The experience is a meditative journey, which may yield clarity through connection to our inner wisdom, and a sense of deep peace, facilitated by sound.
