Ingrid is a Soul Map Astrologer, Certified Hypnotherapist and Counselor, Practical Mystic and Clairvoyant. She began learning about the planets at age 12, after she concluded that humans made very little sense and must have come with an instruction manual of sorts, which indeed they did. Alongside her counseling work, Ingrid offers astrology as an art and a tool to make sense of the energies at play in our lives, to understand our strengths and blind spots, to get unstuck, and to point our lives in the direction of our soul purpose and life’s work. Just like the moon pulls the tides, the planets pull upon our consciousness, and it’s up to us to learn to ride those waves. We are, after all, made up mostly of water and stardust.
