Video Recording: Community Herbalist Workshop - Winter Herbs for Wellness with Kelsey Barrett

$25

Be a Community Herbalist this winter!

In this workshop, Kelsey explores what it means to be a community herbalist in the winter months. Through exploring seasonal herbalism, and common herbs found in your kitchen spice rack, you will find new possibilities to amplify your immunity and vitality to prevent common seasonal illnesses.

You'll learn 3-5 herbs a community herbalist uses this time of year to support winter wellness including an extensive herbal monograph on garlic's mystical, medicinal, and ancestral uses.

Additional herbs discussed include shitake mushroom, elderberry, and rosehips.

If you have access to these specific healing herbs, plants, and food- bring them along to class for embodied learning.

Gain the confidence to integrate age-old wisdom into your everyday practices, products, and life!

This class is an introduction to what the SOTHA + Verse 2023 Herbalist Certifications dive into.
