About: Distilled from the seeds of the Fennel herb, Fennel essential oil has a sweet, herbaceous scent with notes of licorice. It should not be used if pregnant or with children under five and should always be diluted below 3%.
Common Uses: Combined with a carrier oil, Fennel essential oil can be massaged on the belly to promote digestive health. It can also be added to massage oils for muscles and joints. For dental health, Fennel is added to toothpastes, tooth powders and mouthwash.
Blending Recommendations: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Sweet Lime, Sweet Orange, Peppermint, Rosemary cineole, Rosemary verbenone, Spearmint.
