Sonoprana, lead by Inbal, is an immersive experience based on Breath, Vibration and Resonance. It is a journey designed to help individuals integrate different aspects of self, while supporting states of clarity, focus, and flow.
Breathwork is an active meditation that helps clear and align our Mind-Heart-Body channel, and a key element of this experience. We will meditate lying down, gently guided by Inbal to curated sound in a safe and sacred space. This heart opening practice helps release stagnant energy, process emotional pain, and generate space and clarity for what's next.
This class will be offered monthly from November 8th to April 17th.
