Let’s take a walk in the shoes of the ancestors. Join local herbalists Rosi Bustamante and Bonnie Rose Weaver on the slopes of Bernal Heights.

Together we will explore the botanical bounty of Bernal’s secret stairways, and share our knowledge of plant medicine. We will discuss traditional and modern use, folklore, and herbal preparation techniques of Mexican, European, and California native plants.

A fun and sensory class for tactile learners, open to all levels and people 10 years and older. The walk will start and end outside of the Precita Park Cafe, 500 Precita Ave in SF, CA.

We recommend that participants wear a sunhat, good walking shoes, bring notebook, pen/pencil, an extra layer, and a water bottle.
